Laura, Shadow, Bast, Zorya Polunochnaya (?), Thoth and Loki, all from Neil Gaiman's "American Gods".
I added a whole shitload of stuff to this after scanning the in-progress pic. The weird thing is, I did it all while driving in the backseat of a car! No squigglyness!
My friend said that I would like Loki... I am teh big Lokifan. ...
Holy cow, that other one was a WIP!?!?! O.O
O.O It looks amazing now! The colors the patterns, the subtle chraracters... you get so much better every day.. This must have taken you forever... and the car... wow. *grovel*
Shadow is so beautiful. The detail in his wing is fantastic. The gel pen shine is wonderfully executed. The use of colour and stylized line work in the background is fabulous. You encorporated the elements of the book so subtley and splendidly. Laura's decay is so much better! Her sickly eyes are very sedated creepy...and wonderfully designed! Zoryas colour is so vibrantly blue and silver. She is so beautiful.

Okay, that's just.... amazing. Laura looks all dead and scary as hell, and it was fun to play "Spot the Gods!" a-la Where's Waldo in the background. I still can't find Loki. But this is just a REALLY lovely piece, and must have taken forever. Lovely tribute to the book, so hooray for you. *is currently rereading it, and is on a bit of a kick* +fav for sure.
This is amazing... o_o The details! The details! :: dies :: Laura and Shadow are so beautiful in their own way. *_* It's fun trying to find the gods in the background.
I can't really express my admiration for you at this moment other than saying you are an artistically symbolic genius.
I see Loki~! Squee~

Wow, just wow! I totally agree with what Trill said and then some. I love how you made Laura look, then again a rotting corpse isn't exactly what you would call beautiful. I also like the scenes from the book in the background, and how everything appears to be on layers.
Yeah, I found the look to be layer-ish too. The way I got it like that is, like the upper-righthand corner, I colored with Prismas, then put on some white gel pen, then colored that over with prismas, then added more gel pen! Yay!
