I love Haruka and Michiru's relationship in Sailormoon, but (and this might miff off some hardcore fans) I always found annoying that fact that nothing above hand-holding and cuddling was ever shown. I understand the sublety and I respect it, but I just had an urge to draw something like this.
The lyrics and title are from "Mizu no Akashi", Lacus's image song in Gundam SEED. I found it to remind me of Harumichi a lot.
Anyway, it's drawn in OpenCanvas and effects are from Photoshop.
