Beware, beware Out of the ash I rise with my red hair And I eat men like air. - Sylvia Plath, Lady Lazarus When I am through with you, There won't be anything left. - The VLA --- This took months to complete, but then again, the feelings that fueled me to paint it took a long for me to make sense of and turn into something constructive. Not to worry, I'm okay, I just needed to paint this into order to help make myself feel okay. I honestly don't know if this painting will get me in trouble or not if it's seen by some, but those of them who know why I painted it will hopefully understand.  This is such a gorgoeus work. I love the composition; it has such movement to it. The colours are lovely too, with the vibrancy of the oranges nicely balanced by those sombre greys.
